TECHNIQUE
Reformer Pilates (Level 1)
A traditional Reformer Pilates class. A great option for beginners or those experienced Pilates clients that want to hone in on their form and technique. Perfect for recovery days and those who are new to Pilates. Expect a focus on foundational Pilates movements, breath work, and alignment.

FLOW
Reformer Pilates (Mixed Levels)
Our OG Reformer Pilates class. A mix of traditional and contemporary Pilates. Expect to move your body in all planes of motion with a combination of stretching and strengthening. Modifications and assists can be made depending on the client. This is a great option for pre and post natal clients. Teachers choice on emphasis in each class.

ENDURANCE 
Reformer Pilates (Mixed Levels)
A unique reformer Pilates class that blends cardio with Pilates. Reformer Pilates typically is an anaerobic activity, meaning you aren’t getting your heart rate up throughout the whole class. With Endurance, you get the best of both worlds. Expect to get your heart pumping in this class and build your endurance with a mixture of jumpboard, circuits and hiit. Experience on the reformer is recommended in this class.

SCULPT
Reformer Pilates (Level 2)
An upbeat reformer class focused on building long lean muscle. Expect controlled movements with more sets and resistance to help sculpt and tone the whole body with emphasis on the core. Experience on the reformer is recommended in this class.
