Flow Studios specializes in Equipment-Based Pilates. This means we focus on performing exercises using specific equipment, such as the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, and Cadillac. During our Group classes, we use the Reformer and Tower, while the other equipment like the Cadillac and Wunda Chair are utilized in our Privates and Semi-Privates sessions.

Currently, Flow Studios does not have specific classes for prenatal or postnatal. Nevertheless, we are more than happy to modify any of our classes to accommodate your stage of pregnancy or post-pregnancy. Additionally, if you prefer a more personalized experience, we also provide Private Sessions.
